While searching the internet, I downloaded a game called Space Empires III by Malfador Machinations, Since then I have been hooked on it and can't stop playing it. Then I went back to the website and found that they released Space Empires IV. I downloaded the massive 17.3 meg file and installed, and to be perfectly frank, I was blown away. It is so much better I can't believe it! So I recommend that you at least download Space Empires III, but if you have a fast internet connection I would go for Space Empires IV, because of the faster game play and far better graphics.
